Once package is in hands of carrier, VALERIA ANTOINETTE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customer should contact UPS or USPS for assistance.

If it doesn't work out and and you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return of your unworn jewelry within 7 days of receiving for a refund, minus the return shipping and handling cost.

Items must be returned in the original, unworn condition, and in original packaging. Make certain that items are packed well to ensure they travel well, and are received unbroken or damaged. A refund will be issued once package is received and inspected.

Shipping cost is the responsibility of customer and suggested to insure for full value of items being returned.

After 7 days your item cannot be returned and Sale is FINAL.
